Here are some simple steps to perform before opening a support ticket for channels problems. This will cut in half the time it takes to resolve your ticket.
First check available memory on your device. If less than 1.5 GB, you need to uninstall apps you don't use.
Do a speed test on your device, NOT phone or computer. If you getting less than 30 mbs that could be a problem for some channels.
Test using your phone network or a network outside your home or using VPN. If problems goes away, then your ISP is blocking or throttling your line. You will need VPN to use the service on the network.
If others report that is working correctly then you know is something on your end.
